– Primary doctors / specialists: 200 RON
– Resident doctors: 100 RON
– Retired doctors and students: free of charge
During the Conference (only 24 and 25 September, no registration is accepted on 26 September):
– Primary doctors / specialists: 300 RON
– Resident doctors: 150 RON
– Retired doctors and students: free of charge
Participation fee for doctors includes: online access to scientific presentations,participation certificate, book of abstracts in pdf format.
Students and retired physicians, as they are exempt from paying the conference fee, are asked to upload a photo with the student card for the current academic year, respectively a photo with the latest pension coupon for the retired doctors.
The participation fee is paid in RON, as follows: online (the ONLINE PAYMENT button below), by bank transfer or by cash deposit, in the account, opened at UniCredit Bank, RO 92BACX0000003001491001, Account holder: UNIUNEA MEDICALA BALCANICA – SECTIA NATIONALA ROMANA, CIF: 5091840, with the mention "Fee for the 36th Balkan Medical Week (and doctor's name)".
If you have chosen the method of payment Online by bank card it is necessary to complete a form with the information about your card on the secure page of the payment processor. - Payments with credit / debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the 3-D Secure system developed by organizations that ensure the same level of security as online transactions, ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. - 3-D Secure ensures first of all that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, these data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems. There is no commission for bank card payments!
